SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL FOUNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFPC).
