Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 2134 mm x 1549 mm x 17.7 m long arch SPCSP and 1219 mm x 15.8 m long CSP culverts and the installation of a new 2700 mm x 34.0 m long CSP culvert. The crossing is located on a local road over Wainscott Coulee, 16 km southwest of Berwyn. A location plan has been included in the Plans and Permits section of this document for the Contractor-s convenience.



Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following:

Each bidder, in submitting a Tender, acknowledges that he has examined the site and the surrounding area; and is familiar with all conditions and /or restrictions that could affect or limit his operations due to such things as environmental constraints, public traffic, and property of others.



Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor must supply all materials necessary to complete the Work. A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tool or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness will be considered incidental to the Work, and no separate or additional payment will be made.
