Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public order is the elaboration of a detailed proposal of the design solution based on the Architectural study, and further the elaboration of project documentation in individual stages (project documentation for the permission of the plan, for the implementation of the construction including an awarded and non-awarded list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and itemized construction budget), namely for the reconstruction of building No. 1241/3 in Nové Jičín with the historical name "Nové Slunce" and its conversion into the Nové Cultural Center Sun. The reconstruction will also include the solution to the extension of the new wing, the modification of the public space and the garden, the reconstruction of the manager's house, the modification of the adjacent Husovy street, the conversion of the opposite children's playground into a parking lot, the connection of the building to the technical and transport infrastructure and related demolition of buildings. The reconstruction will be designed in accordance with the principles of historic preservation. The main building of Nové Slunce is a registered cultural monument. The subject of the public contract is also the engineering activity leading to securing approval opinions and positive statements needed for the issuance of planning permission, including ensuring a valid decision on planning permission, as well as consultation during the selection of the construction contractor and the supervision of the designer during construction.
