Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of technical supervision of the builder in the sense of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, in connection with the construction of the Cultural and Creative Center in the premises of the Valašske Meziřiči Observatory, p.o. The services will mainly include control, consultancy, management or adminstrategic activity, which is usually associated with the performance of investor engineering activities, before, during and after the completion of the construction work, and at the same time with this activity

during the deliveries of direct suppliers of the contracting authority. The subject of the public contract also includes the performance of the activities of the safety coordinator andhealth protection at work (hereinafter referred to as the "OSH coordinator") in the sense of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., which regulates other requirements for safety and health protection at work in employment relations and on ensuring safety and health protection during activities or provision of services outside of employment law relation ships, including the preparation of the health and safety plan.

The purpose of the public contract is to ensure support to contracting authorities and construction contractors and direct suppliersquarry to achieve the highest possible quality and efficiency of the construction and its subsequent operation. The contracting authority assumes that the selected contractor will always perform its activities in an effort to find the most effective solution from the point of view of construction, will be able to search for risks associated with construction and effectively prevent them, willassess and resolve construction changes in a responsible manner and will provide the client with information on the progress of construction and deliveries in an appropriate manner.
