This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East has a requirement to purchase Gravel, NPS, Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, CUGA in the Maintenance Shop located at 91 Bartlett Park Road in Middlesboro, KY, 40965. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 212321 - Construction Sand and Gravel Mining Contractors with a small business size of 500 employees.
