Quotation are invited for The Cube Ticketing System.

Instructions: Your quotation is invited on this form for the supply of the following goods & services in accordance with the conditions outlined overleaf and any attached Specifications. Please note that this is not an instruction to proceed with the supply of any goods and/or services and the lowest, or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. No quotation is deemed accepted until the successful tenderer is notified in writing by the Council. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any non-conforming or alternative offers. Such offers must provide separate and sufficient detail of where they are non-conforming, including technical details where available.

Suppliers are advised and expected to ascertain for themselves the actual extent and nature of the goods or services to be provided, as the Council will not entertain any claim arising from a failure to do so. The supplier must indicate clearly any area in which the goods/services being offered fail to comply with the requirements of the specification given or where any of the terms and conditions will not be met. Notification of this non-compliance must occur with the submission of any quotation. Please complete your response via this request for quotation so that council can assess your ability to carry out the project.

Lodgement: Submissions must be lodged in the Electronic Tender Box located on the City of Wodonga Website - www.wodonga.vic.gov.au Applicants should allow sufficient time prior to the closing date and time to upload their submission. Late tenders & tenders sent by post, facsimile or email will not be considered. Please attach all price related documents with the pricing schedule (Part C) as a separate file when submitting your tender response.
