The Connecticut Department Of Transportation (Ctdot) Is Overseeing The Implementation Of $52 Million In Federal National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (Nevi) Program Funding Made Available Through The Infrastructure Investment And Jobs Act (Iija), Public Law 117-58. These Funds Will Support The Expansion Of An Electric Vehicle (Ev) Charging Network Across The State Of Connecticut 2019S (State) Alternative Fuel Corridors (Afc). In This Request For Proposals (Rfp), Ctdot Is Seeking Proposers For The First Round Of Its Nevi Program Funding, Which Makes Available Approximately $15 Million Using Fiscal Year (Fy) 2022 And Fy 2023 Funds. Ctdot Will Provide Up To 80 Percent Of Eligible Costs To Install Direct Current (Dc) Fast Charging Stations Across Up To 12 Priority Locations. To Be Eligible To Respond To This Rfp, Proposers Must Have First Submitted A Response To The Loi Solicitation That Was Open From September 28, 2023 To November 9, 2023.
