5. G-EPS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ATTACHED UPON SUBMISSION
OF THE QUOTATION.
6. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT ORIGINAL BROCHURES SHOWING CERTIFICATION OF
THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED.
7. SUPPLIERS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT THEIR PRICE QUOTATION
