Brief Description of Requirement: Great British Energy (GBE) is a new organisation that is seeking to procure services to support leadership development, establishing an organisational culture, and providing wider organisational development activities and support. The purpose of this project is to bring together the leadership team understanding their strengths and vision and helping to design GBE's desired culture and values as an organisation. The GBE Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will champion this work, alongside the Human Resource Director (HRD), with regular check-ins and post-workshop debriefs.
