It includes, in main order: 1) General: • Studies, the development of plans and documents in accordance with the AR-TICLE 36 of the 4th part of this CSC (AR of 14.01.13); • The supply of All the necessary materials in accordance with the depo-skid plans and according to the technical conditions of this special specifications of the expenses; 2) Construction of the building: • The creation of the cuttings and excavations and evacuation outside the Infrabel and the public domain; • the realization of a raft of distribution in reinforced concrete flowed in situ; • The realization and installation of the prefabricated building isolated in different elements of reinforced concrete to be assembled on site, including other tanks (technical empty), and floors and sails (ground floor); • The assembly of the elements prefabricated to form a single waterproof and isolated building; • The insulation, sealing and evacuation of rainwater from the flat roof; • Dresses and carottages through the tanks, sails and floors; • Accessibility to the roof via an ech ...
