The subject of the public contract is the removal and trimming of trees and other vegetation threatening the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system equipment, including the subsequent disposal of all waste generated by this activity, in particular the removal of of the resulting slurry and residues after mining. At the same time, all administrative and other necessary activities in connection with the removal and pruning of trees and other vegetation, in particular notification to the relevant state administration authorities as well as notification and securing with the owners of the land concerned.
