Description : Since 2012, the TESDA Online Program (TOP) serves as one of the Agency-s primary responses in the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), specifically in the digitalization of technical-vocational education and training (TVET) by leveraging digital tools to expand the delivery of TVET. In 2022, through TESDA Circular No. 021-2022, or the Policy Guidelines on the Utilization of the Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program in the Flexible Learning Delivery in TVET, the TOP was established as the country-s primary national platform for eLearning in TVET. Currently, the TOP functions with a central LMS administration, and a dual-access modality. The first modality is the TOP for Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) which allows public access for self-paced learning and the second, the Multi-Regional TOP or MRTOP which allows TESDA Technology Institutions to conduct their facilitated online and blended learning programs in the platform.
