Products or services: Ornipressin The Director of the La Serena Hospital, hereinafter "The Hospital", has the power to make public and/or private proposals for the purpose of acquiring personal property or contracting services, in accordance with the standards contemplated in Law No. 19, 886 “Law of bases on administrative contracts for the supply and provision of services”, and its regulations sanctioned by Decree No. 661, to satisfy the needs of “The Hospital”, therefore it is called public tender for “Lenvatinib CP 10 MG supply agreement” ID 1058043-3-LE25, whose characteristics and technical requirements appear in these administrative bases with their forms No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and in the technical bases with their forms No. 5, 6, 7, 8 and Annex NO1 These bases frame the requirements of the Pharmacy Unit of the La Serena Hospital under the tender “Lenvatinib CP 10 MG supply agreement”, ID 1058043-3-LE25 in order to obtain the supply of drugs and others requirements indicated in point B of these bidding rules, which are necessary for the adequate and timely care of all patients at the La Serena Hospital, both in Open Care and Closed Care.
