1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 2025 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (PhP7, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the conduct of Full Blown Feasibility Study and Business Plan for the Cotabato Agro-Industrial Park (CAIP) under CS-25-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
