The subject of the order includes the delivery of the subject of the order to the registered office of the Ordering Party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science, ul. The subject of the order must be brand new, from current production, free from legal defects and physical, without prior exploitation and cannot be subject to the rights of third parties. Moreover, it must be ready to work as intended, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Ordering Party.
