The us army corps of engineers - portland district will soon solicit a request for quotes (rfq) to have a contractor produce two documents: a draft columbia river system operations environmental impact statement (deis), and a final columbia river system operations environmental impact statement (feis). All text and analysis will be government-furnished. The scope of these services is only to include report compilation, graphics development, editing, and publishing.
