The details are as follows:Applicant: Crowley Fuels LLC201 Arctic Slope Ave.Anchorage, AK 99518Proposed Activity: Review of a Plan Renewal application package for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan that is required to commit adequate resources to meet all planning requirements for prevention and response for a realistic maximum discharge from the operations of Crowley Fuels Nome Bulk Fuel Facility. The Nome Facility consists of two tank farms, an earth fill dock, warehouse, two tank truck loading racks, seven aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), and associated piping. The total shell capacity is 111, 507.6 barrels (4, 683, 318 gallons). The tanks are located in lined earthen and concrete containment dikes. The Facility delivers its products to tank trucks, commercial and pleasure vessels, and coastal barges.
