UZH invites companies to submit competitive offers for the following procurement need: CRO services for compound synthesis, ADME, PK and non-GLP tox studies. Recolony specializes in the identification of new disease targets through in-depth analysis of the host-microbiota interactions. For the present project, Recolony is developing a novel small molecule immunotherapy for cancer. For this purpose, Recolony is looking for CRO support for compound synthesis, ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion) and PK (pharmacokinetics) studies, non-GLP tox studies and in vivo efficacy studies. The exact work packages that are needed cannot be defined upfront due to the exploratory nature of the project. Therefore, this public tender is evaluating CROs to become members in a pool of framework agreement partners by passing a suitability check and signing a Master Service Agreement (MSA). Members within that pool can apply for work packages thereafter via the process of mini tender. These work packages will be defined and tendered on an ongoing basis for the duration of the project.
