1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings LDRRMF Res. 2026-001-Local disaster Risk Reduction & Management Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND EIGHTY-THREE HUNDREDTHS (PhP9, 732, 682.83) (BC# 72; Ref. No. 26-828) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 098-CONST-IMPVT-VCDRRMO TRAINING CTR-LDRRMF-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Construction and Improvement of the VCDRRMO Training Center, Punturin. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 170 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
