1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Road Networks-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE AND THIRTY-ONE HUNDREDTHS (PhP34, 878, 379.31) (BC# 57; Ref. No. 26-818) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 090-IMPVT-RD-DR-DE GUZMAN-PAR-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Medium A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Improvement of Road and Drainage at S. De Guzman, Brgy. Parada. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
