1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Road Networks-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND FIFTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (PhP29, 376, 597.57) (BC# 57; Ref. No. 26-816) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 088-IMPVT-RD-DR-TANGKE-MAL-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Improvement of Road and Drainage at Tangke St., Brgy. Malinta. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 210 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
