1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND NINETY-SIX HUNDREDTHS (PhP9, 237, 636.96) (BC# 56; Ref. No. 26-813) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 085-REHAB HC-SITE DEV-DON PEDRO-MAR-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Additional Floor of the Health Center with Site Development at Don Pedro, Brgy. Marulas.
