1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE AND TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (PhP12, 699, 455.27) (BC# 56; Ref. No. 26-811) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 083-PROP MALBUKID HC-MAL-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Proposed Malinta Bukid Health Center
