1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Road Networks-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE AND THIRTY-THREE HUNDREDTHS (PhP14, 999, 999.33) (BC# 43; Ref. No. 26-802) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 074-IMPVT-RD-DR-LBATO-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
