1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Officeintends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE AND SEVENTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (PhP7, 096, 551.77) (BC# 39; Ref. No. 26-790) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 065-REHAB-3S CTR-MAL-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of 3S Center Malanday. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 90 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
