1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY-THREE AND TWENTY-SIX HUNDREDTHS (PhP199, 993, 033.26) (BC# 31; Ref. No. 26-765) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 052-CONST-ICT BLDG-KAR-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Medium B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the construction of an ICT Building, Brgy. Karuhatan. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 540 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
