1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND FIFTY-ONE AND SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (PhP149, 993, 051.75) (BC# 31; Ref. No. 26-764) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 051-CONST-MPB-LIN-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Medium A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Construction of a Multi-Purpose Building and Ground Improvement of the Waste Transfer Station, Brgy. Lingunan.
