1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (PhP39, 999, 959.07) (BC# 27; Ref. No. 26-762) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 050-COMP-VCK-MAL-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Medium A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the completion of the Valenzuela Central Kitchen, Brgy. Malinta. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
