1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND FIFTY-FOUR HUNDREDTHS (PhP29, 999, 997.54) (BC# 63; Ref. No. 26-820) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 048-CONST-IMPVT-3S MPB MEGA HC-MAY-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Construction and Improvement of the Maysan 3S MPB-Mega Health Center, Brgy. Maysan. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 150 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
