1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND EIGHTY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (PhP14, 957, 452.88) (BC# 26; Ref. No. 26-758) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 046-CONST-IMPVT-MEGA HEALTH CTR-3S MLUPA-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the construction and improvement of the Mega Health Center (Sentro Health Hub) at 3S Mapulang Lupa. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
