1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY AND SEVENTY-THREE HUNDREDTHS (PhP29, 999, 820.73) (BC# 63; Ref. No. 26-821) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 045-CONST-HEALTH CTR-MAR-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Construction of a Two (2)-Storey with Deck Health Center with Lying-In Clinic, Brgy. Marulas. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 255 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
