1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of FORTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN AND EIGHT TENTHS (PhP49, 983, 167.80) (BC# 26; Ref. No. 26-756) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 044-CONST-MEGA HEALTH CTR-LBATO-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Medium A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the construction of the Mega Health Center (Sentro Health Hub) with Lying-In, Brgy. Lawang Bato.
