COMPLETION OF THE VALTECH CAMPUS IN BRGY. PARADA
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Buildings-S.B. No. 2, 2025, LBP Loan, TL No. 71-City Engineer-s Office intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN AND FORTY-TWO HUNDREDTHS (PhP12, 403, 397.42) (BC# 26; Ref. No. 26-755) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 043-COMP-VALTECH CAMPUS-PAR-CEO-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the completion of the Valtech Campus in Brgy. Parada. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Contract duration is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
