1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the School Buildings-Local School Board intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIVE AND FORTY-FOUR HUNDREDTHS (PhP6, 976, 305.44) (BC# 18; Ref. No. 26-734) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract Reference No.: 042-PROP-2 STOREY-BILOG DAYCARE CTR-LSB-INFRA-2026. PCAB MIN. REQUIRED SIZE RANGE/CATEGORY Small B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Proposed Two (2)-Storey Bilog Daycare Center, Brgy. Balangkas. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Contract durationis 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
