this is a presolicitation notice only - the womack army medical center is planning to issue a solicitation to establish a critical care course in support of paramedics and registered nurses. The solicitation will be issued as a competitive, full and open solicitation for a single award stand-alone contract with a proposed period of performance of 10 months. The government intends to issue a solicitation on or about 7 february 2019. The required services will be procured in accordance with far part 15 - contract by negotiation.

Description
the purpose of this procurement is to provide a taliored critical care course that will train and graduate up to twenty (20) fully-qualified paramedics and registered nurses with the flight paramedic-certification or transport registered nurse certification. Additionally, this training will teach the clinical and technical skills necessary to sustain and treat patients by providing critical care during deployments.
All future information regarding this acquisition, including the solicitation and any amendments will be distributed solely through fedbizops website (www.fbo.gov). Copies of the solicitation document and its related documents, as appropriate, will be posted at this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the fedbizops website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition.
