In this RFI, the World Health Organization (WHO) intends to identify potential suppliers and to gather ideas from industry for Identifying suitable IT platforms for the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre (PHEOC) in Montenegro. This platform will serve as a robust and comprehensive information management system and we expect potential suppliers and solution focal points to demonstrate platform capabilities in relation to the Montenegro PHEOC functional requirements.WHO Montenegro is particularly interested in understanding how Emergency Operations platforms are currently used in other countries, especially open-source platforms.This RFI will serve to conduct market research to identify firms capable of providing solutions for the above stated requirement. This market research shall be conducted at NO COST TO WHO.
