Tenders are invited for Credential (Certificates) and Transcript Envelopes
The Higher Colleges of Technology, Central Registry Department requires HCT official

documents as below.

The credentials need to be provided with unique Security Features designed to provide a high

level of document protection. These features discourage unauthorized document duplication.

In general, the antitheft features include Anti-Copy, SECURE RUB- Thermochromic Ink- Colour

Change Ink, Sequential Numbering, Chemical Sensitive Paper, Safe Image, NaNo Copy

Algorithm, Visible Red & Blue Fibre, Security Design, Hologram & Gold Foiling.
The paper should be of high quality which can be used for high speed printing and in multi-function printers.  Size - A4 (210mm x 297mm)  No of sheets per ream - 500  GSM - 120-220 GSM
LEVEL 4 SECURITY PAPERS

1. Safe Image - A non-generic true watermark paper with unique security images embedded into

the paper which can only be viewed by translucent "Pass through" light.

2. Temper Safe - An optical variable security hologram when viewed at different angles has four

distinct images: lock, key, word "Safe".

3. Nano Copy - A much improved anti-copy background that is created by utilizing tiny Nano

alphanumerical characters to produce an encrypted message which cannot be digitally

replicated.

4. ThermoSafe - To Further enhance and help camouflage the Nano Copy background, printed text

can be step and repeated across the face of the document in heat sensitive Thermo chromic Ink.

5. Security Fibres - Visible or invisible fluorescent fibres or planchettes are embedded into the fibres

of the paper during manufacturing in a random manner; they are difficult to reproduce and are

useful in the prevention of illegal reproduction/copying of any kind of document.

6. Anti-copy - the word "Copy/Void" (English & Arabic) appears upon photocopy.

7. Chemical Sensitive - Damaging of paper in trying to alter by chemicals

8. Invisible Fibres - invisible fibre, visible only in UV light.

9. HCT 3D hologram security is must for credential.
