The subject of the contract is the implementation of the change of use of the 1st floor of building SO 02, namely interior modifications for the use of the planned spaces (art studios, markets, exhibition spaces, social facilities, storage spaces). This is a new composition of the floor including rehabilitation, replacement of facade fillings of windows and doors (distribution filling will be preserved, or adapted to the concept of the overall solution of the building SO 02), new partition walls and partial construction of social re-planning. background for the storage area and in the studios for the location of the gallery. On the east, south and west sides, a new facade will also be made in the solved part. Solved part of the interior modifications of the 1st floor in building SO 02 partially respects the original layout of the exhibition and multi-functional space and only adds, according to current requirements, the capacity of social facilities, storage areas for equipping exhibition areas and spaces for individual creativity. Interior modification work will include the removal and disposal of construction materials containing pollution and the presence of contaminants (petroleum substances and polyaromatic hydrocarbons according to the survey), a new floor structure, the construction of partition walls and the replacement of internal doors in accordance with the requirements for the usability of the premises and the fulfillment of the PBŘ.
