The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The purpose of this contract is the design, development, deployment, maintenance and evolution of a common institutional website for the GHT Nord Franche-Comté, bringing together the HNFC, the CHSLD, the IFMS and the CESU. The future site should make it possible to modernize the GHT's institutional communication, to better inform users and to promote the establishments to different audiences: patients, relatives, healthcare professionals, candidates, learners and partners. The expected services include the framing of the project, the ergonomic, graphic and functional design, the development of the site, the integration of content and functionalities, production, user training, as well as maintenance, support and developments necessary for the proper functioning of the site. The site must be modern, accessible, secure, scalable and compliant with the requirements provided for in the rooms market, particularly in terms of digital accessibility, data protection, IT security and performance.
