1. The subject of the order is the creation of a Virtual Educational Center (film studio, hereinafter referred to as: WCE) at the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul. Sowicza 32 in Warsaw, along with training of staff in the Ordering Party's building. The planned works are intended to launch a film and television studio for the purposes of implementing the Virtual Educational Center, including video, audio and lighting equipment, a post-production station and a virtual streaming studio with software, as well as adaptation and adaptation of designated rooms.2.
