Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the creation of one single-person training apartment and one single-person supported apartment based on the current municipal premises in Krpa Kaszubska in the commune. Nowa Wie Lborska (NWL). The initiative will be implemented in an existing single-story multi-family building (5-unit), which is planned to be adapted to the needs of people at risk of social exclusion. The works include: - creation and adaptation of two residential premises for the function of training and supported housing (including renovation, adaptation of infrastructure to the needs of people with disabilities), - equipping these apartments with the necessary furniture, household appliances and other devices ensuring decent and functional living conditions. The detailed scope of work is specified in the Design Documentation, which constitutes Appendix No. 9 to this SWZ. 2.
