CREATION OF THE SYSTEM OF SUPPORT FOR THE OPERATION OF AUDIO-VISUAL MEANS (SAE MAV) AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions and modalities for carrying out services relating to the design, development, the integration, commissioning, training, maintenance and assistance of the Assistance System for the Operation of Audio-Visual Means (SAE MAV). Each software subsystem obtained by configuring the SAE MAV product will carry the functions of supervision and control of the line's MAV system from its operating station. The SAE MAV constitutes a modular software product intended to ensure the supervision and control functions of the audiovisual means of the communication lines. RATP transport, whether metro lines (operated from PCCs) or RER lines (operated from CCUs). It includes a common product base, functional areas (structured around Use Cases - CU) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) adapted to each environment. Each configuration of the SAE MAV product will be adapted to the specific operating requirements of the line in question, in particular by integrating personalized functions per line, ergonomic configuration of the HMI, as well as the ability to meet the challenges of scalability, security, reliability, and expected performance.
