1. The subject of the order is the change of use and reconstruction of warehouse and utility rooms into office and utility rooms, along with the addition of an external elevator for disabled people as part of the task titled: Social Integration Center invest in themselves.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order set out in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Design Documentation and Designed provisions of the contract.3. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee and warranty for defects on completed construction works and incorporated materials for a period of 60 months, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.4.
