Establishment of the Silesian Clinical Research Support Center operating in a shared services model for the implementation of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials: Task 1 - Clinical trials module The subject of the order is: Establishment of the Silesian Center Clinical Research Support operating in the shared services model for the implementation of commercial and non-commercial clinical trials: Task 1 - Clinical trials module The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Detailed description of the subject of the order contain Annexes 2b, 3 and 4 to the SWZ. 3.3. The ordering party requires the execution of the subject of the order on the terms specified in the contract. The draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be introduced into the contract constitute annexes to SWZ. INFORMATION ABOUT THE ANTICIPATED ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 SEC. 1 POINT 7 and 8, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITIES TO AWARD SUCH CONTRACTS The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
