The purpose of this purchase order contract is to carry out work to create, restore and develop ponds in the territory of Roannais Agglomération, for the period 2026 - 2029. Deployed on sites with characteristics varied ecological, these interventions may include additional services (waterproofing, revegetation, fencing) adapted to local issues. This market is part of the implementation of the community's Biodiversity Strategy, and contributes to the maintenance and strengthening of ecological continuities, as well as the preservation of habitats favorable to biodiversity. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The contract is likely to be renewed within conditions of the specifications. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
