Creation of a raster PCRS in the form of orthophotography, a 3D base for managing a digital twin, calculation of solar potential, as well as the provision of a data hosting and exploitation platform, 3D software and services associated. Place of performance of services: Throughout the territory of the Cotentin agglomeration community The territory of the agglomeration is affected by six zones prohibited for aerial data capture (ZICAD), i.e. zones prohibited for capture of data via aerial photography by photographic, cinematographic camera or any other sensor set by Order of June 26, 2024. These areas will be subject to exemption requests and specific data processing processes. THE The market takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount but a maximum of 1, 600, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from the date noted one month after the date of market notification. A start-up meeting prior to the execution of the services and the issuance of the first purchase order will take place, without compensation with the holder
