The consultation is launched according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles R.2123-1 to R.2123-7 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The consultation is subject to a single phase (applications and offers). It concerns the allocation of 3 batches of works which will each be the subject of a separate contract. The candidate can respond to one, several or all lots. There will be no limitation on the number of prizes awarded to the same candidate.
