An integral part of the order is the Environmental Impact Report (EIA), which, in accordance with ZUreP-3 and ZVO-2, is considered within the framework of the unified procedure for obtaining an integral construction permit permits. The entire documentation is produced with the mandatory use of BIM technology in accordance with Article 39 of GZ-1.
