The subject of the public order is development and deployment of a new information system for maintenance, filling and room reservation v. related services (e.g. oberstven, technique, decoration, dimming) in objects adu vldy R. The new reserve system replaces the building one that is now a bite economically the SAP EKIS system; it will be replaced new economic system as of 1 January 2027. The content of the supplement will be especially the draft IS architecture, approval process, vvoj IS, set notification, integration on selected internal systems, documentation, staff kneeling, deployed in environment MS Azure through the contracting authority and pre system into production operation at the latest until 1/1/2027. In the course of market research in November 2025 and May 2026, no suitable one was found on the market. With regard to sensitivity of obsaench data in individuals that's why there were reservations as the most suitable evaluated and developed by the supplier according to the client's requirements and deployed in the MS Azure cloud environment. Additional information: Requested a replacement for the system and at the same time unify the administration and operational changes without dependence on suppliers. The system will support: from the catalog of spaces, yesterday's approval action according to set rules, ordering services related to the event, automatic notification to the user. The due amount will be as follows: integration with Microsoft 365, internal and record systems bye records audit report, first roll and original (using M365 groups), operation through MS Azure adu.
