Tender Details

The consultation concerns the work to create 7 parking spaces in the Village on plot B574 owned by the Municipality of OLMO. Of these 7 parking spaces: One space (n°1) is made up of a slab on micropiles in light corbelling to widen an existing square along the RD10; The other 6 parking spaces (No. 2 to No. 7, the 7th place is larger for PRMs) are parking spaces, the parking lot opening onto the RD10; THE places are gained downstream of the RD, by completely reconfiguring an existing platform which is located on plot B574 acquired by the municipality of OLMO; the development provides for the creation of an embankment which requires construction work partial and total demolition of several retaining walls, reinforcement of neighboring walls, and creation of a new retaining wall (M1 wall) type concrete gravity wall and rear step. The presence of asbestos under the RD10 coatings requires a prior removal operation in order to install the borders marking the limit between the RD10 and the car park.
